Central Asia Fellowship Programme 2017 (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan)
This fellowship programme is scheduled to take place in the UK from 11th to 30th November 2017
The application process is in two stages: this form is the first stage. If you are successful at this first stage, you will be contacted by email and invited to complete a second, longer application form. We will close this form on 18th August. The deadline for completion of the second form will be 25th August.

The John Smith Trust will use the information completed by you as part of the selection process for the granting of a John Smith Fellowship, according to the criteria set by UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the John Smith Trust (JST). If selection is successful your information will be used to set up and administer a programme designed to meet your needs. It will also be used to evaluate and report on the outcome of your programme. Evaluation will include follow-up contact with you by the John Smith Trust after you have returned home.
Your information will be used within the John Smith Trust for these purposes only, and will also be disclosed to the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the institutions and organisations which you will visit in the UK, for the same purpose only. By returning this form to us you consent to our processing this sensitive personal data about you where this is necessary for this purpose.
