John Smith Fellows
The John Smith Fellows Network is comprised of more than 400 leaders from 19 countries across the Former Soviet Union and the Middle East & Gulf and each year it continues to grow. It’s a lifelong asset.
In 2017 Fellows from Belarus joined the Wider Europe programme for the first time and we also launched our Central Asia Programme in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Experience of a lifetime
Fellows spend a short time in the UK, but they are Fellows for life. They will forge new pathways based on relationships developed during the programme. All note a profound shift in perspective - around the work they do, and their personal role and legacy.
As John Smith Fellows rise to positions of national and international impact, they leverage the friendships and trust cultivated.
They can be found in all spheres of life. We're very proud of the accomplishments of our Fellows.
