Vahram Stepanyan

Vahram is an Economist in the European Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) based in Washington D.C. His current responsibilities include surveillance and research work on Romania.

Vahram’s previous work experience includes: macroeconomic research at the Central Bank of Armenia; consultancy on financial development for a World Bank project; and economic analysis and public sector reform at the World Bank Armenia office. At the time of the 2006 John Smith Fellowship Programme he was an Economist with the IMF’s Armenia office.
