Naila is the director of the Department of Employment Issues at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Astana. She has a track record of working with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on new approaches to address unemployment. Naila is a grantee of a presidential programme ‘Bolashak’ and obtained a Master’s degree in Demography from Charles University (Czech Republic). She began her career in the civil service and worked for the Ministry of National Economy and the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Naila’s action plan is about developing appropriate legislation, policies and practice to manage labour flows efficiently as Kazakhstan’s economy grows and changes.
