Joldoshbek is the executive director of the Centre for Political and Legal Studies in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. He has a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Joldoshbek has worked on issues including good governance, political party development, youth and female empowerment in civil society. He has worked in international development organisations, as well as in government and political institutions. During the 2017 elections in Kyrgyzstan, Joldoshbek has been working as a strategist and analyst for one of the presidential candidates.
Joldoshbek’s action plan is to build effective platforms for engagement between young policy experts and policy makers.
