Gulnaz is a Freelance Trainer and Life Coach. She is also a Project Manager for ‘Made in KG’ in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and manages a project called Explorers, which aims to provide science activities and life skills training for children.
Prior to this, Gulnaz worked as an Events Coordinator for Creative Team Events Agency and a Protection Assistant at the UNHCR Bishkek Office in Kyrgyzstan.
At the time of the 2006 Fellowship Programme, Gulnaz was Project Director for the Human Rights Democracy Centre. She has been a Freelance Researcher for the OSCE, a lecturer in International Human Rights Law at the American University of Central Asia, and Legal Consultant / Programme Assistant for the Ergene Public Foundation.
In 2013 Gulnaz published a paper on 'Local Traditions in Kyrgyzstan and the Rule of Law'. Her next project will aim to establish a Children's Science Museum in Kyrgyzstan with the hope of promoting science and art amongst children.
