Natalia is Grants and Logistics Coordinator at FHI 360, Moldova – an international non-profit human development organisation.
She has six years of professional experience in development cooperation projects focused on civil society strengthening, community development and agriculture. She is Licentiate in Law from Moldova University of European Studies and has a Masters degree in Cooperation and Development from the Institute of Advanced Studies of Pavia and University of Pavia in Italy.
Natalia’s action plan concentrates on promoting positive social and economic change in five rural communities in Moldova by supporting the dignified return and reintegration of migrants and empowering those returning to leverage their skills and know-how gained abroad. Her plan will also facilitate the exchange of experience among the diaspora, returnees and their native communities.
