Tatiana Paduraru is a Consultant in Foreign Assistance for the World Health Organization and Ministry of Health of Moldova. She is responsible for monitoring foreign financial aid and highlighting priority areas in order to promote public health sector reform. She oversees the implementation of transparent procedures as well as detailed monitoring and evaluation helping, to secure continued and additional funding for the health sector in Moldova.
Tatiana’s Action Plan aims to tackle public health inequalities through a variety of health sector reforms. She aims to create a platform for informed policy making which will ensure coordination across different sectors and establish a strategic research agenda. By establishing a more coherent and integrated approach with government departments, civil society organisations and international organisations, Tatiana aims to give the Ministry of Health the information and tools it requires to formulate improved public health policy.
