Farah Jadallah is Programmes Development Manager at the Queen Rania Foundation for Education & Development (QRF) in Amman. Her responsibilities include managing the Queen Rania Scholarships and the local and international internship programmes. Farah has extensive research and programme design experience, having been involved in education and social development programmes relating to early childhood education, online learning, education technology, teacher training, economic empowerment and cross-cultural dialogue.
Farah’s Action Plan is focused on the design and delivery of basic financial literacy training to two target groups – girls aged between 15 and 18 years who have dropped out of formal education and vulnerable women with little formal education who are living on a low income. The courses are aimed at equipping the participants with the skills necessary for general household budgeting and asset building.
