Nimati works as Strategic Planning Director at Cheil Worldwide. She is a marketing specialist with an MBA from the University of Kent and her areas of expertise include consumer behaviour, marketing communications, strategic planning and behavioural economics. She also has a keen interest in corporate social responsibility and is a mentor for AIDA, an NGO that supports youth development in Jordan’s rural areas.
For Arab women who feel that they have hidden talent and unused potential, who have the urge to grow and learn, and who know they can put their energy at use in a job or voluntary work JST Fellow Nimati plans to launch 'Jaleelah' - the first Arabic and English, online magazine in the Middle East. The magazine will target women with potential and aims to empower them by giving them the platform to learn, work, share and discuss issues relevant to Arab women in contemporary society.
