Afif Tabsh is a freelance Coach, Consultant and Trainer who delivers training sessions and residential workshops for local businessmen, SMEs, NGOs, and universities. He also works as a Project Management Consultant in a regional consultancy firm called CMCS, developing project management handbooks and training manuals for NGOs and entrepreneurs. In 2012 Afif was chosen to be a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, a title awarded to young and highly motivated individuals who have a great potential for future leadership roles in society. In addition Afif sits on the Board of PMI (Project Management Institute) Lebanon and has been given the honorary title of ‘Ambassador for Peace’ for his community work by the Universal Peace Federation in New York.
Six years ago Afif co-founded his own NGO ‘Aie Serve’ which has grown steadily. ‘Aie Serve’ seeks to empower young people by giving them the skills, knowledge, networks, and mentorship that they need to develop their community. Afif now hopes to develop his NGO internationally, expanding its projects and presence in other countries.
