Remote individual training in our summer school on the course direction “Journalist” lasts for 5 weeks. The main advantage of the individual online training course is the ability to form a program to suit your needs. And also – to work at a convenient time and place for classes – at home! It is also important that remote learning is the perfect solution for home quarantine. You don’t break the rules and stay healthy, while gaining new knowledge in your free time.

Including hands-on homework assignments, under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you’ll learn all areas of the course online, in full, individualized fashion.

The first lectures in the online course are journalism standards. Then, at a comfortable, individual pace, we study the types and kinds of TV stories and learn how to write for TV. Teachers pay special attention to the dramaturgy of a news story. In private online classes, we also learn how to proofread stories and conduct interviews.

During the lesson, you will see both the instructor and his computer screen at work – with editing programs, presentations, etc. This allows you to achieve the maximum quality of training remotely.

In addition to the study of the program interface and technical skills of editing, we necessarily learn the classical basics of theory of editing, the basic aspects of video shooting, working with sound and color correction.

The student can communicate with instructors online (via video link) during the training. This is convenient when doing homework, collaborative projects, brainstorming, job search, etc.

After the basics: editing clips, blogs, trailers, news stories. Preparation and organization of video material, directorial tasks, editing multi-camera shooting. Features of documentary films, commercials and promotional announcements editing.

Individual students who successfully complete the course receive an official Certificate.
